Would you buy a trad round?

WCF

Help Support WCF:

ive bought and sold lots of rounds over years but always bought off people I knew a bit about - I would not want to buy off (or sell to really )a stranger

Also - on issue of seeing houses / prices - that's essential - Anyone can come round and undercut at any point so why worry about showing potential buyer the prices

Somerts not right with it anyway, he said he will send me some more info about prices etc but hasnt got back

unless he can show me round and show me detailed history and decent prices im not interested anyway, cant really be arsed with in now anyway

i,ve bought work and sold work firstly buying work you have to see the work and be introduced to customers

ok so you buy the graft you will loose so much off this round dos,int matter how gd you are just happens

plus side which is gd factor your buying into a area and if your gd and dedacated i,m sure you will double your work with time

your saying its trad round, do you do all your work trad at moment

my round was all trad , changed to WFP never looked back so gd luck interestring one must say

Allready sounds suspect to me.....
If i have an item for sale nd you message me i reply...

When i sell rounds the deal is you come to my house, i show you the paperwork and lists, you pay a deposit 50%, then i take tou round and introduce you to the customers.

If you're happy, you pay the balance and it's yours....if not.....well i dont know as everyone i sold too is happy. /emoticons/smile.png
and its as simple as that

I've bought once , no problems, but I'd leaflet and get my customers for "free " any day now. Some people just sell junk part of the round, anyway 3 times pay sounds high on work were there's no guarantee for the costumers staying.

I once sold a round , cheap cause of stress and depression. But they just wanted "me" and the guy who bought lost 30% or more of them . That could be solved at least maybe, with personal introductions. I just couldn't handle it at the time .

Morale is : don't pay huge for something that could be a whole other deal than you thought.

I bought a small round of shops about 20 years ago. The guy gave me the list of work. We arranged to meet up town for him to introduce me to the customers. He didn't show. So a few days later I relieved him of his ladder!

Opportunity to buy a trad round, apparently the seller was going to convert it to wfp and the custies are happy with that (could be ********)
Takes 950 per month wants 3x cleans

Thing is 3 grand will skint me so if this doesnt pay off im fecked

would you risk it?
What is a trad round?

for 3 grand you could spend 500 on flyers and the rest 2500 on somebods pounding the pavements doling them out for months on end and ud have ten times the amount of work come in .

As i said before
Andy I don't know if you have used a canvasser. But apart from 1 who is booked up for months on end. (and rightly so) all you will end up with is a sheet of paper with the agreed amount of so called work on it . That and having the same amount of customers who have been cleaned and recleaned is 2 different stories.

Yes I gave one ago off Gumtree yes got the names on paper called all the people on the list and confermed the bookings paid the money. All was good iv lost the contact details now. So iv advertised on Gumtree for a canverser of my own same as green did he starts in January. Il be making money on first cleans after iv paid him a div should be able to get one an hour and even if you paid him £10 hour you should still make money off the first clean. And if he ain't any good not done a lot of money il just get another one.

I think I used the same one. That's why I wouldn't use one again but life's a education as they say

I'd forget it in your position, any genuine seller would respond via eBay emails, and before bidding I'd expect some basic background on the round first.

If you quitting your job and going fulltime then get and dole out leaflets and get the work yourself.

For example I designed really good A4 double sided leaflets that work very well, for 5000 printed and deliverd I pay just over 150 squid.

So for £3k you can easily get fit and get your own round, with customers tailored to how you work and priced correctly for you.

I think even if the round was genuine you would prob loose a few that dont like wfp, or perhaps ones that have been looking for a excuse to cancel.

Do it yourself and take a holiday with the money you save /emoticons/smile.png

1. I would never buy a round, I can get as many customers as I want?

2. It's the year 2016, nearly, why is the guy selling? Just convert to wfp, the only people that should be trading are people with no driving licences?
