I have read a lot of posts on here about difficulties, switching customers to wfp. I honestly find this hard to belive. I have only just started out for myself this month. Previously worked Trad for another windi. So beginning of January I started subcontracting 7 village rounds from him. I have swaped them all over to wfp no problems at all. Just told them it's laboratory grade pure water, any problems pls call. No calls no complaints .

Better yet found out today word is going ahead of me and customers are keen to see this new fangled way.

I never had any issues changing over either

Just started doing it and explaining why they are wet when i knock afterwards

Some custys i never see so wouldn't even know I've changed methods for the last 6 months

I've had no problems either. One woman seemed a bit concerned and I sensed some resistance until I told her that I'd cleaned them wfp the month before and she hadn't noticed.

I did have 1 regular who is usually out

Did her fascias and windows and i het a message in the evening saying i forgot to dry the windows so she has done it with a towel and left fluff on them

I explained to her and offered to go back even though it is in Bennington which is a village about 6 miles away

She said no bother but thanks for the offer

I felt bad as i didn't say anything to her about wfp
