Hi all, am new to the site.

You would think I work for unger in relation to this thread but I dont. I just purchased the above system in addition to a freedom trolley. What a f****** amazing product!! This system allows you to produce pure water onsite or at home at a reasonable flow rate. Okay the filter sock needs replacing roughly every 1000 litres of water depending on water quality which here in Norwich is Hard-as-hell, however this isnt too high IMA. The speed with which to change the filter is approx 30 seconds. This system has so far produced 250 litres of water as I only just got it. The pole provided is decent enough, water floe thru pole is excellent even at full extension and the basic system seems great for a beginner as some cheap beginner RO machines produce roughly 25ish litres of water per hour on a drip drip basis, the 6 ltr starter unger system fills 25 litres at 000ppm approx every 10 minutes. The basis system can be added too and expanded really easily upto 4 units each containing filters. Just a point to remember if new to this system is water pressure. It has to be quite low in order for the filter to process out the **** and this isnt always made clear to a novice. Don't do what I did and accidentally flood the system with too much pressure as this will cost you approx 25 quid for a new filter.

Anyway I hope this thread is of some interest or help and thanks for reading guys.............

Steve

I want to buy 2 Unger Hydropower DI Vessels but don't want to spend £200 a vessel [emoji85]

I like the look of the quick change but they are totally overpriced

My DI vessel in van cost £30 does exactly same thing but is 11L

I would consider Unger one when I become wealthy or they drop price

I agree about the initial costs of the unit they are quite high but i like its portability as it suits me at present as i am just starting up again after a while out......

If the vessels were £100 each then I would snap it up now but £200 each is steep

I am going to purchase these vessels for my new van setup

They are expensive but I like the look of them they look the business and with the built in tds that's cool

If they lowered the price a little I think these vessels would fly out

The 6ltr one is £245 which is the cheapest I have found I need 2 of them but I also need a flat surface cleaner for my pressure washer [emoji85]

Cheers taxloss

All pressure washing supplies and spares I now can source for members on here

It's actually my dad who is gone into it with a bit of a push from me

He has a lot of contacts in the game due to old businesses of shot/glass and sand blasting business which he has now retired from and gone into machinery for this and I said you may as well offer pressure washing goodies to

Well I'm still using me crappy karcher and long reach lance for now but I would like a decent washer eventually

Got me shurflo back pack , old pole with Vikan super stiff brush and hypo / Ubik

Done loads of roofs and got a few more to do this month

It's hard to get jet wash jobs

Quoted £150 best part of a day for a big patio and they said too expensive

But there happy to pay £35 for Windows for one hour job
