they shouldnt pulse mate it means you need to alter the pressure switch a bit , which means taking the bottom off, contact gardiners they will explain how better than i can
I've done that on both, it's a chore as well you have to undo 10 screws just to get at the switch, the mark 1 and 2 was better at least that stopped the pulsing when adjusting the switch it really is doing my head in? I haven't got any leaks either, to effect one backpack is one thing but two:bangheadwall:

Hi Poles Apart

Can you send me an email to [email protected] so that I can have a look at getting this sorted for you.

I will need your name and address, the order number for each of these backpacks or the approximate date of purchase along with an exact description of the issue you are having - A short phone video of the issue would be good as well. We can look at getting this permanently sorted for you then /emoticons/smile.png

Thanks for that I'll video it when I am back at work next week.

I borrowed a buddy's Water Genie backpack trolley, the got it off eBay, works great, fantastic flow rate and no leaks!

Hi Poles Apart
Can you either shoot a shorter one or can you upload it to a Dropbox/Onedrive type account and email the link?
Woe woe woe, hang on a bit dropbox/one drive, I've only just got passed using chisels and slabs.

Dropbox is excellent

Google it then download it

Share vid with dropbox

Paste here

The good thing with dropbox is you can make folders and send all pics or vids with 1 link

I've installed Dropbox but when I click on attachments and open the video with Dropbox it still says 128MB exceeds 25MB it's only 1 minute of video ffs:eek:

Copy the link from Dropbox and just paste the link on here

No need to upload the vid on here at all

Just go to the vid on dropbox..click share..click copy link..paste link on here

Like this
