Which do you use and for what do you use it for .

Best place to buy it.

What ratios you mix at and how do you apply for the job you use it for.

Looking at buying but not 100% sure what difference is between the 3

Thanks

It's an all purpose cleaner. Yes yellow in colour lemon smell. Same as flash or any other all purpose cleaner just not as concentrated. No problem just use it neat of needed. I use it for cleaning everything from upvc to car engine bays and interiors

Just got some ubik

Changed from virosol as i used some doing a conny roof with damo on Saturday and i reckon it's stronger on all the mouldy stuff

Used ubik when i was trad and it ruined my hands but minimal contact using it with wfp

Use it on everything

First cleans

Fascias

Roofs

Anything that is covered in green muck

I'm always finding new uses for virosol and ubik

This is the cheap stuff I use this one os asda but think the other suoermarkets do their own basic range the same. It's not as concentrated as ubik etc but it does the job and very cheap. Best stuff I've used is G101. Most of these are similar high alkaline cleaners they just vary in concentration.View attachment 6531

Just a side note: (teaching granny to suck eggs) For those that don't use these all the time the best procedure for best results when using anything like Virosol, Ubix TFR etc is to wet the surface first with water before applying your preferred solution.

I mix it with water in a 25l drum then pump it on

Haven't needed to wet it doing it that way

I used to wet then brush on when trad but no need now

I use Ubik on ALL first cleans, I wet down all windows a bit, then a window or 2 at a time I apply it, ratio I use is 100ml ish in a 500ml spray bottle, so 20% strength. Scrub up windows and frames, leave for a few seconds then start washing down.

Great for F/S/G and connies, love the stuff! However it only gets off the muck, if you want to restore badly weathererd plastics then you will need to use cream cleaners or strong solvents, or a very quick way of impressing the custy on a 1st clean is a simple magic sponge of the frames if white Upvc. Brings them up great, wet the sponge with some ubik and pure, soon gets all the greying ledges up to bright white again.

Can you use TFR for a first clean?? Iv to massive drums off it
Shouldn't see why not, similar stuff, just ensure you rinse lots after to make sure its all gone so not to leave residue on glass

I put plenty on mate, fair few sprays of the trigger, you will soon get used to how much once u start doing it, soap it all up well, all the soap will turn grey with all the dirt, then leave 30 seconds or so then get the water on and start washing it all away.

When I do firsts, I do that on all the windows, then go back to the first one I did and do a simple glass only clean wfp on them all again, so they basically get a double rinse off, get good results doing that.

Ubik and virosol will make old seals "bleed"

Trad it is a bugger to not get it on the frames and sill and staining

Wfp it is no problem as a good scrub with pure will wash it all away
