Am I to cheap

You cant do that job outside in 30 minutes well not properly. First clean will take between 1 and 2 hours, Inside always take longer and should be 1 and a half to 2x the outside. first clean for me would be £50.00 out £100.00 in and £35.00 out £55.00 in there after. Interestingly do you clean then rinse each row of Georgian windows in order or do a few and then rinse by the row. Cheers AEG
Townhouse

15 windows

Plastic fake georgian

2 hours for first clean outside

Sod that

I'll have that done in half hour

I always do a 100% top notch job

Just ask anyone who has seen me work

There are a couple of guys on here who have seen me in action

I just think that sometimes we make more work for ourselves with doing a row at a time etc

Everything gets a damn good scrub and a rinse and i don't do spotting..spotting what's that?

I have built my business 90% on recommendations and word of mouth so i must be doing a proper job

Plus i have learnt a lot working with very experienced guys like Damo who knows what he is doing through years of experience

As long as you are happy with your work and charge well enough for it that is all that matters

Must say Dave over the 4 years ive cleaned with wfp have always watched the other guys cut corners and there all quicker than me but guess who keeps picking up the work.

Nice one , I do all one side and rinse one row on each then work along again. Depends where you are but most window cleaners seem to work at £25.00 to £30.00 an hour and some £40.00 upwards. If I got enough work in an area I put my prices up quite a lot and still the customer agrees. I think if you are reliable and good at what you do the customer will pay that bit more -/emoticons/wink.png Good luck buddy AEG.
Hi I have worked for minimum wage or not mutch more all my working life. Tried other business but found paying out hundreds of pounds on equipment for £150plus a day. Then waiting months to get £ back unworkable. Love cleaning windows. £20 per hour is what a look for min. Anything more is a bonus and motivates the hell out of me. Best one so far one customer two big properties. Home and WELL he calls it a granny flat. £ 65 for hour and ten mins work, packed up engine on ready for next one.

Oh how I wish I found this job years ago.

I would charge 20-25 for outside and £35 for inside as takes longer as you may have things in the way etc. I think if you base your hourly average rate in to it and if it falls in to that bracket then thats good for you. I aim now for 30-40 an hour, not quite on it somtimes but most of the time now.
