new uni valve looks mint

I ordered mine fom the Cleaning Warehouse in Wolves. I got no instructions or clips. My mate ordered one from elsewhere and got everything.

Slightly disapointed to be honest.

I originally thought the univalve was part of the package with tubeless pole conversion, wee bit dear for the tubeless conversion and univalve

What are you guys using at the top of the pole to stop it pulling on the brush head ?

I tried a 1 ear o clip but just seems to slip down pole hose

Follow the instructions to the letter and it will work, used it all day what a gadget makes my slx 22 feel like an 18, gonna really feel the difference on awkward windows, I may try fitting one inside the bottom section pole on my 18.

It would appear there was a blockage, maybe dirt I blew it out (with some effort I might add)? I spoke to him on the phone and he guided me through how to take it apart, managed to re-assemble it eventually but blockage returned don't know whether it was in the valve or hose then moving into the valve, had it apart a further 3 times got the flow on but it doesn't turn off yet valve does shift from on to off he's sending me another one was very helpful though and I've learned something about dis-assembling and re-assembling them.

Mine bloody stopped working today half way through a job. Stopped completely. Then all of a sudden came on but then wouldn't go off. Making a weird hissing noise.

Will have to give Steve a bell on Monday. What's the number to call please.

It's a shame aswell because when it works it's brilliant. Hopefully it's just a simple issue.

it looks like a good bit of kit nce an lite ect but im saprized its not bin tested prople buy a window cleaner as there is a huge difference to puting it on a meashine with no water going through it than actually bing used with water on a pole in every day use
