I don't often tell a customer to jog on but.....

WCF

Help Support WCF:

It's not about right or wrong, it's about respecting others.

If I make am apointment with a sparky to work on my home then I make sure I am there to let him in so he can do the task.

Same if I book the van for a service, I deliver it at the agreed place and time because I respect the fact that their time is their money and we have an agreement.

No different to how I expect my customers to treat me.

It doesn't bode well when someone cancels an appointment for their very first clean...don't know if I would have sacked them straight off though, probably would have said I will be back in your area whenever and tried to reschedule...I would also sieze the opportunity of jacking the price right up on the two monthly clean as it will take longer.

Me neither ! Its a waste of life .. Me and my lady cancelled Our accounts 2,5 yrs ago ,and improved life quality big time !

I'm not on Facebook. Never have been. My little lady spends hours each eve on it. Just don't get it

No @Danfire this was second clean, not the first. First was as much of a PITA.

Not so,

Picked up literally hundreds of pounds worth of customers from Facebook that pay well, referred me to neighbours and are reliable. And you can look at their profiles to see if they're tramps etc.

Depends on ones definition of the term. For me it means unreliable and bad payer, I am the business owner who can decide if a potential customer is or not. Hope you're okay with that Rezzi

Maybe try using the correct words instead of trying to insinuate that people with a lower income are "Tramps" as you put it.

It's very rare I drop customers as TBH I can be quite tolerate sometimes and it's for the greater good.

@daveyboy knows my perfect one liner.

"Nah you need a trad window cleaner"
