new uni valve looks mint

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Also any issues I expect a few, but not to concerned as 12 Month warranty so will replace any defective unit.

So please feel free to try them.

I am fast at sorting problems if they crop up more than twice.

Steven.

I've been using mine for two days. So far no issues!!!!!
There as been a issue on a couple, that during assembly a part did not clip together right.

This is what caused a problem for poles apart.

Issue is now addressed.

May have a couple more yet, if so it will be replaced with another uni valve.

When products are produced in quantity something at times fails to get noticed.

Now due to 2 reports of the same issue has brought this to light, and yet it was simple but crucial.

Thanks for feedback, but it as been sorted now, in the meantime enjoy the product, and if any issues in the future, just contact me, and I definitely will sort it.

Regards

Steven.

Mines fine. Definitely notice a difference on those acute angled jobs. Miss the wheel control of the A/D though but you can't have everything./emoticons/smile.png

I still have to yank my hose a little too much atm. Using Steve's tubeless system when I fitted mine I left some slack on the hose in the pole when I fixed the o clip.

Got a few days off this week, (20 days work starting from the first Monday of each month) so will sort.

sounds like u got it all sorted steve ill order one next month
@tench0771. You will never get a manufactured product that will be 100% perfect. That is why products come with a guarantee that covers faulty manufacture and/or faulty workmanship. I seem to remember a 2% failure rate was acceptable in some manufacturing circles for more complex items.

My take on this is that Steve has produced a throw-away product that meets the weight criteria of the critics of the A/D. So as long as the valve meets customer expectations as far as longevity is concerned, he won't have to worry about providing an after sales repair service or carry spare parts.

im going to carry another spare 18ft pole-ready to go 2morrow, incase i encounter any issues with it.carnt be faffing with break downs through the day, time is money

Mine also stopped working on second day, sent it back, Steve said it could have been blocked, he sent it back and it appears to be no different. Will return it again, don't think I want another one, can't be bothered with gear breaking down.

There is a trade off between keeping it simple and making life easy.

But the things to make life easy need to be bullet proof, because quite rightly time is money

Me too. It was solid when I got it. Big pull and it came free. Still hard to pull. Aquadapter took no effort. I was told this takes lass force to pull. mine is hard. feels like I am pulling against a very strong spring. Ill give it a good go this week

Tried getting hold of Steve. Nothing /emoticons/sad.png

steve can i just ask do u now use a stronger spring for the univalve or is it the same as the aquadapter? also does the spring in the univalve get wet at all ?
