I am willing to have another go trying liquidator again

Which pole have you found this part of the world that fits most handles, as in a cosy fit and not too loose.

I personally am using custom carbon fibre with a Gardiner angle adaptor that Peter Erken sells...but...if you want a good all round pole the Unger Optiloc are excellent. I've still got 3 or 4 of them tucked away in my shed...

I was reading one thread earlier about safety of cleaning solar panels with certain poles, it mentioned electrocution. Do you do solar panels and do you have any issues or take special measures. I'm looking to start adding that to my optional extras.

Never gone down the solar panel route. Not a lot this close to the South Pole. You'll have to give a shout out to fellow Aussies I think... :)

Well what a bummer the first 5 mins with the liquidator it didn't fit in the traditional bucket belt and just wobbled about in the ninja bucket belt

It fits fine in my ninja boab and the moerman ones

All channels wobble about in the ninja as it is designed for the big chunky ninja channels

I've been using the moerman handle designed for the liquidators since breaking my wag the other day perfect handle for the job as is is 40° not 30° whichbis how they were designed to be useif you're having problems with swirls and skipping etc pull your hand away from the glass more to replicate the 40° angle and you'll see a difference

Except in a wag as it seems to work differently

eh after rubbishing just about everything moerman had time today so got the liquidators out again  dipped the end plugs straightened them a bit as recommended by guys on here think it was Daveyboy and H MAN

Well knock me down with a feather but got those bad boys working well 18/14 and small one glad i didnt bin them just had thrown them out of sight so more practice tomorrow and if all goes well out thursday on custys

Does the ninja boab nick the middle of the rubber ? I used the unger version and it nicked the middle , don't really want to ruin a rubber if I don't need to

Depends how long you keep them in the boab

I used to keep them in my bucket between jobs and now i don't have a boab so just bucket when tradding

They don't knick the rubber they just indent it a bit

If you was to put the rubber into boiling water it would bounce straight back

Razr doesn't seem to dent at all which is good

I leave them thrown in my bucket resting on whatever they land on and they're fine

I would do that also , the only time I have mine in the boab is when on the job, do you face the handle inwards or outwards? , what handle are you using on it also mate

Do you just use the screw on the wagtail to tighten it up to the liquidator channel? I'd rather do this than start drilling holes. Also which wagtail have you got and did you alter the handle angle?.

No, I just wedged it in with nylon ties,

the fact the tips need to bed in ,or flatten out before working properly must have affected sales , cos youd jus think heres another gizmo iv wasted my hard earned on and not given it time
