Avoid the karrimor ones from sports direct. I've had mine a few months and they're leaking already.

yeah my gelhert were from sports direct and say waterproof but rubbish

They are. Shame I have to put them on the radiator to dry out every day I get home though.

Got to be honest I haven't had any problems with mine yet. But only had 2 months. Did you get the waterproof ones or the weather lite or what ever they call them.

Definitely water proof ones. They were OK for a few month but seem to have lost their water proofing recently.

where from mate and are they proper waterproof ? cheers pal

go to www.amazon.co.uk and search for Merrell Moab Polar boots rubber all round the lower part nice and warm and feet are bone dry , Had them for 9 weeks now worn daily and they are showing no signs of wear on the soles best £70.00 i have spent you will need to order one size bigger other wise they will be to tight .

Look at Altberg or Lowa cost between 80 and 165 ice used both when in the army and can't fault them, used them in rivers in brecon with gaiters and My feet stayed dry, until it came in over the top!!

My winter boots will be getting binned after today . They lasted six months feet still bone dry but know they are at the end . £30 from sports direct , all rubber round the bottom , fur lined , and good ankle support . Get the shorts out next week and get the trainer style walking shoe . If owt these need to be better than the winter boots . If not your feet get drenched in the morning dew on custys lawns . A trip go arco to get some decent cargo shorts . Anyone recommend any .
