It'll be a while before I have an apprentice mate. I'm still learning myself. Where are you from Taxlossloz?

All depends on area. You could scare them off with 200, then again you never know! Price it at 200, if you get it happy days, if you don't, put it down to experience lol

£200!!!

Fair play to u if the customer say yeah to that.

I hate doing conny roof and i alway avoid doing it if i can but I personally feel I could do that job in an hour and would want £50.

Ubik will speed you up if it really dirty.

That may be a £50 regular job but it's a first clean with conny roof and it's a fair sized conny

Personally I'd want more than £100 for the roof so then £50 for the windows and then double it for 1st clean

£200 isn't too bad

Daveyboy beat me to it.

It's a £50 maintenance clean but definitely not £50 for a first clean.

Part of me thinks £200 is still a bit low considering the conny roof but it's not glass so will be easier.

I'd be happy to do it for £200 though and hopefully I'll get in with the neighbour's.

Why dont price it like it in a store, say 190 or 195 makes it look cheaper, i always do that on bigger work as too many zeros look expencive.

Well I must be cheap then... I did a big job cleaning a massive office in Hammersmith near the busy flyover a few months ago in January, inside and out for £400 and that was all day work 8am to 4pm

Does the uPVC clean include the cladding and apex's? £200 seems fair to me. Take your time and make a day of it. Just don't slash in the garden /emoticons/biggrin.png

The only upvc I'll be cleaning is on the conservatory.

Anyone else think the conservatory and the two white upvc doors look a bit out of place on that house? Doesn't really say "moneys no object" to me!

It's a bit of a funny building. At one point it was a small residential home for old people. It's been extended at the back and had a loft conversion. Five of the six bedrooms are downstairs. The photos don't really show just how quirky the place is. The current owner has only recently moved in. He's already talking about replacing doors and windows and said that he'll probably get rid of the conservatory eventually. I think the conservatory is the strangest thing about the place. I'd never have put it there.

Ahhh makes more sense if he's a new owner...find some who regularly have work done on their houses will put-off a clean for the smallest reason (the sky man is here today) whereas others will expect you to work round full scale building work!
