I don't think so as a trader of considerable experience I can catergorically say that cleaning glass in strong sunlight with soap and a squeegee will leave a smear on the glass at certain angles when the soap is drying quickly this can not be removed I know I've been there, using a cloth to remove it makes it spread.
A good experienced tradder wouldn't have any of those problems

You put soap on a window you put a smear on a window, soap residue is always there that's why you see it being removed when you wfp an experienced water fed poler would know that:D

No smears on my trad work

Don't matter that you don't agree

Just look at any windows i have cleaned trad

Yep, I had one last week. "Ooh, the leaded window above the porch is still dirty." I'll get the ladders off and have a look I say. I get up to the window and someone had used a cloth on the insides to mop up condensation. I offered to clean it for him but he declined. I don't think he'll be nit picking again /emoticons/smile.png

I lost a customer last autumn who flatly refused to believe that a mess he was blaming on me was actually inside. He started out quite friendly when he invited me in to show me. However, when I tactfully demonstrated that the mess was on the inside he completely changed. I think he felt I was challenging him and started making all manner of silly unfounded accusations and wanted me to make a reduction to half price. I made a small reduction to try and calm things a bit. He reluctantly paid but wasn't happy. When I got round the following month he had made no effort to clean the mess off the inside and his wife was insisting the problem was still there. Needless to say I lost their custom. Had been solid customers up until then.
