non payer

Well that's all well and good and in principle the right thing to do but in your examples no court action my point is securing the conviction and it's probability I can't be @red with it and would rather put preventable measures in like pay up front for first cleans if you're sceptical still begs the question anyone secured a conviction on a my word against yours basis?

Well I finally got my money. I basically just kept calling him (answer message) and leaving numerous messages and text messages. Think I made it clear I was going to hound him till he paid up - it worked!

This is just as annoying as a non payer
Hi. Sorry but I'd like to postpone my windows tomorrow til another time as the weather's going to be rubbish all week

She did this last time also so i am just about to reply and let her know she is no longer a customer

Safe to say I haven't been back /emoticons/wink.png

Why not go knock on his door? I would be starting to feel that everything he said prior to today regarding apyment didn't happen.
Hi Spruce, the job was 40 minute drive away and it was his holiday home, so not there often. Got paid in the end just barraged him with endless messages and texts. Made it clear I was going to hound him till he paid and it worked!
