View attachment 7463 This woman has been ok up until now and was very happy when i did a full exterior clean but then i got this today

I don't see how as i have eyes and can see what is on the glass

Gotta go out my way tomorrow to have a look now

What a pain in the arris

Confused how you left your beard marks on the door

On a more serious note, it happens mate. None of us are perfect

Did you want me to pop round there and do them properly /emoticons/wink.png

There is muck over the insides

I'll have a look tomorrow and if it's inside charge her a call out charge lol

mistakes are a part of life, she will judge you by the way you deal with it.

I always apologise and clean it again even if I know there bugger all there

True

I only had 1 complaint last year and when i wenntt round to remove the spotting she recommended me to her neighbour who she was chatting to while i was there and i got another customer from it

@Tuffers makes me think of a custy I had years ago. I called her the bird lady, as she kept birds indoors but not in cages! The insides of kitchen windows had more bird poo on then you would care to imagine. It was all over the work tops, still makes me chuckle thinking she paid me to do the outsides.

Shouldn't laugh really, this can be a serious condition. I had neighbour who actually thought he was a chicken.

We was going to get him sectioned, but we needed the eggs /emoticons/biggrin.png

complaints two options tell my mates all the time

always act on them and aim for perfection then you will get better and better

the other option

if you think your right, and never wrong ,canny tell you nowt.

you will go down hill rapid

I always aim for perfection @Duncs but it is not possible for me to get better lol

You can't improve on perfection /emoticons/biggrin.png

davey like your style, as my mate said "you canny buy experience

so so pleased you have been reading my threads the last couple of years your learning well:thumbsup::rofl:

I take it you did them with the brush ? It can pass over greasy marks easily - happens a lot

On doors where dogs and finger prints are likely I check first and wipe with sill cloth before brush

Good to have these reminders wakes us all up

I went round there this morning and it was blatantly fresh marks

No way could i soap up the windows and then squeegee and still leave the perfectly undisturbed mud marks on the glass

She must have let the dog out when she got home and then seen the marks

They looked exactly how they would have if they hadn't been touched and came off as i put my applicator over them with 1 swipe

I will let it slide this time but if she does that again I won't be so nice about it

One of my customers that likes to skip cleans has dogs that paw the kitchen and the patio door...after twelve weeks they are disgusting...one more skip and she is history.
