hi

my new water heater has arrived (similar to the reach2clean 8l ones, he's not gettong any fogwash until the winter) and i'm about to rig it all up. dumb question do you fit the heater after the pump or before it? i'm guessing after it but i thought i better check.

thanks in advance

roly

i've always put the pump before the heats, the hot water will, in time, damaget he rubber in the pump and you will be soon replacing the pump!

thanks for all the advice. my van is ply lined and it says in the instructions not to mount to wood, did anyone else have this problem and if you did what did you fix it to? i'm using a flue so can fix to back doors.

not 100%sure, but you could try mounting it onto a small sheet of stainless steel then onto the wood, but pack it away from it a bit so air can get round and keep it cool! should be fine! seen the l5 heater mounted to wood and is fine!

yeah i'll do something like that, i can't see that they get that hot, but will give it a test before final fit.

thanks

roly
