A lot of customers think we window clean as a hobby and generally arent as important as other trades. That's why they also try to knock prices our down. Sometimes I wish I could speak my mind and say I've got bills to pay and kids to feed so get your dollar out you cheapskate!!!!

That would be a great name for a heavy metal group.

Don't feel down on the trade for stuff like this chaps. Every trade deals with these assclowns. Like the woman who organised the electrician to come the day me and a subby were plastering the room. Wasted two people's days. This same woman (fit by the way) that I gave another chance to, cancelled a job on me at very short notice, possibly same day, as she decided to go Christmas shopping, which she said all joyfully on the phone. Putting me out of work the week before Christmas. It's just selfishness. And programmes like cowboy builders and the like have made these ******* feel all entitled like they are always in the right.

when i book gutters i go , well i'll probably do them saturday if not it will be sunday or definitely next weekend ok , that gives me plenty of leeway to go when i want
