Just out of curiosity ......... do any of you pressure washing guys use a hot water machine? .......

It's a one new karcher hds industrial steamers

I love it it's beast and cleans anything

Keep getting it out more than my other machines

It's not as powerful but with the heat and pressure certainly cleans better

And I run turbo with it lol sometimes

Turbo and steam certainly looks good

Im toying with the idea that a hot water pw will be a part of my setup, you do get a better clean with them and it sterilises etc etc, do you charge a bit more for using it Eviestevie ?

I have a hotbox on the way. It will heat my 30lpm to about 90C but i'm not sure if that will be hot enough might have to change the pump for a 25lpm one which will get it to 108C. There is a lot of commercial work out there for me once I have the gear to do it.

My opinion ..... that would be fine for garage forecourts, chewing gum removal, graffiti removal, i dont think you will need to change your pump sllab, which hotbox are you getting ? if you dont mind me asking.

I am after the garage forecourts and chewing gum removal. The hot box is coming from a local supplier. All I remember from when I looked at the display model was it was rated for 350bar, Made in europe, 25lpm to 108C, 6lpm to 140C and ran off diesel with electric also required. I will have to ring and ask the supplier for anything more specific like brand etc.

Oh and a couple of weeks ago it was released onto the market. Whether that was just a slight change or a brand new unit I dont know.

Sorry I cant be more helpful until Tuesday.
