need some help with pricing, a small school

Have never cleaned a school before so havent got a clue what is a reasonable price to charge. the office manager told me she not happy with her current window cleaner but should have asked how much he was charging

right now im thinking charging 70 pounds, certainly dont want to over charge as they can be super tight with their budget.

how much would you charge each patio doors and small windows?

Schools have very little money and every school I have looked at only want the cheapest quote going

Years ago they were good earners .

you have to consider that they normally only get cleaned once or twice a year and they will always be filthy if cleaning inside I insist that all posters are removed.

The only reasonable price to charge is the one you want.

I wouldn't think about their budget or what they may or may not pay. Go have a look, work out your costs, see how long it will take that put your price in.

I clean several schools. They all pay well tho the work is hard. 3 times a year I do them. Every time it's like a first clean. Blue tack, Sellotape and paint on them

Well, this one wants it cleaned once every 4 weeks! I seriously can't see anything less than £60 tbh. Do you think I should ask how much they're paying their current window cleaner and work out a price based on that?

Sometimes I ask what their current window cleaner charges and I've then said I'll do it for that as I've priced it cheaper in my head !

dont feel sorry for them . you need to charge what is your usual daily rate -and then some. youll find theyve got a price in mind that the useless type charged. ask them straight and theyll be honest . youll want to be double whatever was the useless guys price

never go in low out of sympathy for a low budget
