I quoted a softwash job other day £440

Homeowner - ' is that plus vat ? They usually quite a price then you find out there's more on top '

Me ' oh yeah that's £440 plus tea and two biscuits '

I know it's very hard to answer but a big retail park want a figure ... Any ideas ??
i think you'd have to factor in working at night/out of hours to start with mate, hopefully the retail park has lighting in the car parks so would save hiring floodlights, water would be a consideration as in can you carry enough?

what would you use to clean the cladding with?and what type of soiling is on the cladding?

is there somewhere on site where there is a outside tap?that would make cleaning very quick indeed

Hi

They are tricky as did a few diffrent ones and time and effort depends on soilage, age of cladding, design, public nightmares getting in the way. Only way of making sure you get the price right, I have found is to clean a area about 20 mins graft see how much you get done and how it comes up. Explain you need to do it this way to get your quote accurate. The you will have a idea of how long it will take. Have found on some cladding even the weakest mix of ubick can strip the top layer of coating of. Trial and error. Test the area is best bet. Saves you getting ripped as it is time consuming. Hot water is mint.

Good luck
