Yep that's included in my price, sometimes I prefer nice simple vac jobs rather that all the wash down work afterwards!! Had one on Friday vacuumed out in 20 minutes (from opening van doors to packing away) then the wash down took 1.5 hours (4 bed house 3 sides).

i charged £45 all in took me 50 minits from pull up to drive away i thault that was a good price but juging buy some of the prices ive sin it looks like im a bit to cheep:punch:

I was actually going to write 40/45 as I thought it would have took about 45 mins to do

its kinda like an envy thing i sapose u c others geting huge hourly rates but im very happy with my rates some days very good others not so good horses for coarses i sapose

I'd be charging around £80-£90 for clear out, external clean plus windows on that house.

I know others who would charge upwards of £150.

At end of day £45 less then hour work not bad I think butter then nothing and your get bigger houses also so dont feel bad it I get small houses as well as larger ones just think they have come to you and will think of you and your company word of mouth as they say all good

It's not always about a huge hourly rate @tench0771 sometimes it's about a price for a job.

I would have quoted clean and clear gutters at £80 and thrown in the windows for 'free' as it were.

Could have gone up ladder and found them totally chocca or gone up and found a bit of dust..... that does not matter I am still charging for the 'job' not for my time. Don't mater if 20 mins or 6 hours. On it till job is done.

I am on a gutter job in an hour. Will post the before and afters here and see what you think I may have charged. /emoticons/smile.png

If it existing custies then I'm always cheaper.

I will be doing a similar house gutters today 2 lengths £20.

That's 30 Inc his windows.

That's cheap right. Except I know for a fact the gutters will take me 15 mins and 5 if that will be getting the vac out and putting it back because the gutters are pretty much clear.

Did 4 lengths of guttering last week for 40 quid and u was there 20mins from pulling up lol felt like I'd raped her.

What I di now with gutters is stick the mirror on the slx and have a look. Then price. Loving the gutter vac ATM.

If not regular custies or Im quoting blindly then I would charge a fair but more though
