If you could design your perfect round, what would it be?

Mine would be about 300 bungalows, all little old ladies who are always home, all with conservatories.

Mine would be similar, got an ace gutter job coming up in september, subbing off my partners uncle whos a painter by trade, 70 narrow terraced houses in blocks of 10, front and back 40 each. Start at one end and just keep going all the way round in a big square between 2 of us (one doing insides and one doing outsides) reckon we can do a whole block in just over 4 hours. Looking at 40-50 an hour each. Gonna hit it in one week block, so after expenses should clear a grand each :rof:.

Sorry I've got no money this week...how else can I pay you. [emoji50]

My ideal round is the one where someone else does it for me so i can do other jobs

I think I agree with RichieRich, you'd just need a bucket on a belt, and a little pointer ladder, all within walking distance of home preferably...

after 9 yrs iv pretty much got it how i deep down knew i wanted from the off, 90% of my rounds council houses or ex council house stock . only 10% to go!

1 rich middle aged women that has a afternoons work once a month and pays me £5000 in cash every visit, makes me coffee and homemade cakes, then takes me out for a few beers and a curry after, then says see you next month.

If i each day could park my car and walk round earn a day wage and do that for twenty days a month i would be well set, i hate getting in and out of the car all day

Small Commercials (Cafes, Restaurants, Retail & Shops)

Takes ages to build up and compact but I'm beginning to really see the benefits £££

My ideal round would be one I didn't work.

But in the meantime I will just have to work.

My ideal round would be full commercial every thing from shops, managed apartments, offices, care homeS at the moment I am around 70% commercial 30% residential.

The last year or so the commercial side of my work has really started to take over and the houses have taken a back seat so have decided to start selling them off and by early next year should be 100% commercial ideally working less for more money.

my ideal round would be having four vans going.

i,m just organising the teams finding the work, that would be ideal

going out canvassing would be fun

For my own work .. I'm pretty happy with what I got... Over 600 monthly customers and. 80% pay on time. /emoticons/smile.png. What else me want ?
You must be a busy chap then @peter rogers I'd never get to the pub for 3pm with 600.

I have a customer I do her fsg every year and my dad's boss cleans her windows and he said she puts on a nice spread , so I said yes I'll have a cup of tea when she offers and out she comes with a sausage soda , bottle of coke plate of cake and buns and a teapot of tea !

Would settle for all the huge Manor houses, in local villages having monthly cleans in an out so rainy days covered. Tight wads could afford it but couple I got is once a year or fronts only.
