How many litres is enough

Hi, I've added power washing to my business, I'm a wheelie bin cleaner. I use a Honda gx200/ interpump @14 litres per min at 170 bar. I've done a few driveways patios etc and the customers are happy with the job I have done.

I would like to speed up the time it takes to get the job done.

My question is how much of difference is between 14 to a 15 litre or even the bigger 21 litre. It doesn't seem a lot between the 14 and 15 or is there?

Cheers

Semy

Ok well your running prob at the max really for your engine

Looking at gx340 for 15 litres

And gx390 for 21lpm

I did 3 drives in one day last week using 21lpm

I have a very good 21lpm machine for sale hardly used

Is there a massive difference between a 15 and 21 litre machine? I live in N.Ireland so a bit far to go for your machine lol

21l/m and 200/250 bar and you will really notice a difference, 14l/m to 15l/m and you probably won't notice the difference.

Did two drives today in the hot weather and I am knackered now but I am getting old!

Thanks for the replys, the difference in price between the 15ltr and 21ltr is nothing much so I will go for the 21Ltr.

I have my power washer bolted to the trailer with 30 meters of hose on a reel, if I need extra in the future I will get something like this

Hose reel 30 meter on wheeled trolley. I don't fancy putting my back out trying to get the washer in and out of the van.

Just a thought

i run 70metres (i do drain jetting) i think i remember i worked it out, you lose 300psi per 30metres of 3/8 and even more if elevated

Hi mate - got details of the machine for sale ?

The Honda 21lpm?

If so its gone I think tomo if they show

Hang fire though Monday/Tuesday there will be a diy build thread uploaded with a unique function

I'm now working along side a big engine company to build a machine

If you have a big FSC with three nozzles that would mean only 5lpm for each nozzle or 7.5lpm for two nozzles, the more lpm per nozzles the better and quicker the job.
