You can work with the back doors closed with any system

Seems a lot lock there doors van etc but in 20 year I've always worked with doors open windows down and never had owt pinched

Probly jinxing it now lol

@Jonesy may be referring to the roller guides they can fit under the van so the hose exits through the floor and out under the bumper.

@Damo has had his van fitted out, but has found issues with roller wear. This is to be expected as its subject to a continuous onslaught of road muck from the wheels.

So although it sounds a good idea, I think @Damo is in the process of trying a different setup with regards to rollers. We are awaiting his future review on the success of these.

Hoping to talk to Oliver at the show as what I originally had planned might not work but should be ok. I was hoping for a swing arm setup but it's proving to be quite difficult. The idea was pivot swing arm to make it easier to pull out. It was going to be on springs. It would basically self centre when not under strain.

The rollers are pretty much destroyed now. It's been over 2 years.

The one not used as much is just about holding on. The one used daily is now on its last legs.

I lock my van whilst working and don't use any of them ports or rollers.

I use microbore, so just pull out enough hose, shut it between the doors and lock up. Simples
