Help Support WCF:
Break them down into sections/offices/units and work out how long it will take to do each. Then count the number of sections and add additional time for stops. We usually find that if we estimate it will take an hour, it usually takes an hour and a half to 2 hours depending on when its done and foot traffic etc on the day.
Then apply an hourly rate.
This looks like a business estate. Would you be able to clean over a weekend when its quiet. Much better than during the week when you have pedestrians and vehicles to contend with.
