I haven't managed to clean even one Velux window to perfection with a water fed pole. Always have to go in, open it and do it trad with a harris pole risking to make a huge mess. How to do them from outside?

Really dirty ones I use Virosol on. It's just a matter of getting your brush angle right and srub and rinse. I wish all glass was the same as Velux glass as it sheets ace.

Spose depends on brush n angle n how much downforce u can use with ya pole...i just clean em like windows n dont think...rinse off well esp wen birds been target practise

I always try to make my life easier, so using my pole with a brush soaped very well I scrub up the frame first, if the windows are 3,for inst. I wet them all, then soap all of them, then go back to the first scrub again prewash frames of all. Take your time and start form the first again to wash the glass. Some will say that's waist of time..., I would say, that is eventually satisfied customer!

Aggressive brush, square to the glass, loads of water and take plenty of time. Ive asked the customers to check from inside before. Once they're clean it's easy going.

I just tell the customer that it might not be a perfect job due to angle and not being able to put a lot of pressure on it and they are fine but unless there are loads and just the odd 1 or 2 i don't charge for them anyway for that reason and tell the customer this

Makes like easier as i can get away with a quick scrub and rinse which usually suffices anyway
