£16.00 for regular cleans and 25 ft ok 3oft ideal.

Pricing very much depends where you are in the country @HALTON

In Teesside I would push to get a tenner for that. We have a new estate with similar houses with one window in the roof and someone came in quoting £16 and was laughed at.

I can just reach those top windows with my SLX22 in our case. My daughter though has a similar house and I have to get the 40' out. My son's SLX25 won't reach. The front garden slopes away and they have a steel fence next to the pavement.

We again have another couple of houses like this, and my son's SLX25 will just reach.

So in our case an SLX30 will do for them all.

Most can be reached with a 22 at a stretch

What I should have added was that I wouldn't go out and buy an SLX30 just to do my daughter's house's top windows. The outsides could be done traditionally from the inside.

I have a 35ft pole that reaches those windows with room to spare.

I would only get around £10 in my area £15 with dormers

No one was home when I priced so had to leave price on a leaflet.

Plenty would be doing them for less round here though mate.

Those quoting £20 plus must be doing £300-£400 a day, theres only 15mins work here surely?

And i must have been lucky so far but ive just about managed with my slx 22 on every house ive ever cleaned, i once had to stand on a step ladder though lol but that house only lasted one clean

Charged 17 no dormer windows think I priced too high as had no reply to leaflet left with price on as customer was not in this is what I agreed to do as would not be home when I called :-(

Just a guide for you im approx six two I can do them without problems just a lslight stretch with a slx22, even if you are short and small set of step ladder would easy reach, my advise is don't turn them down and get a small set of steps, I have one of them ladders that convert to either steps or a small ladder which fits in the back of my connect perfectly.
