How much for this house

Hi Halton . Is it the new development in whinmoor . I know a lad who works in there . But getting fed up of travelling from gomersal .

 
I tried the green pro on this and priced higher than I normally would just to test water
No one was home when I priced so had to leave price on a leaflet.

Not got anything back :-(

That is NOT my approach at all.

I would neaver LEAVE a price on a flyer these days.

If they aren't home I call back later and arrange a time to call by to quote.

Benefits are people buy people, also with them there you can point out any other odd jobs needing doing.

You can also visually point out the extra value you're going to add to the job, frames sills etc.

Leaving a quote on a leaflet is a rookie move not something I would ever do these days.

 
I meant by pricing higher than i normally would to get a better priced paid job.Why is it a rookie move?

Not talking directly to the customer, just leaving a quote on a flyer. I used to do the same, was hit and miss as to response, once I started only quoting to their face I went from 50/50 to about 80% success rates.

Rookie move is not dealing in person with the quote.

You say you didn't get it, has this been confirmed or have you just left the quote and not heard back? Have you called up and asked if they got the quote? Were they wanting to go ahead? Any questions you could answer etc etc.........

Once you done all that and they said no then you know you didn't get it.

 
So £17 a month was a good price then ?

Try and see it through the customers eyes I would want a cleaner that can clean all the windows and not leave any out, I always try to be confident and when I Took my first townhouse that had velux windows I just said nd bother and bought the slx extension three cleans later as now paid for itself, any other job that now require the extra length I now have.
