E.mail back saying of course its included, as well as the patio and drive will be cleaned, I'll vacuum the whole house, make dinner, do the washing up and for as an extra bonus, let me know when your having a bath and I'll clean your growler as well.

Come on green! She wants a regular window clean and asks if gutter cleaning is included in the price. Would her gutters really need cleaning every 8 weeks? I think not.

For all you know you could be the first window cleaner she's ever encountered and have no idea what's in and what's out.

If you stand there and say 'we do ALL the UPVC as well' (for example) well gutters are usually UPVC so why may she not assume this.

Option 2: She's a numpty that thinks wow this guys gonna do my UPVC gutters as well as the windows, time to sack off old window cleaner, he only does windows.

Option 3: She is a total chancer that thinks you're a mug or desperate.

But for any of the three still a valid question.

I canvassed some new houses the other day here,one now new customer asked me if I cleaned the upstairs windows too.

Thought that strange, maybe he's never had a window cleaner before. Was quite young.
