I am sure everyone has one.

My all time favourite is a small restaurant just down the street. 2 large windows and glazed doors.

Cleaning it once a week in and out. Takes me 15min and he pays 20€ cash.

My favourite customer is a £12 house....really nice woman but you should see the size of em:whistle:

I have 2 favourites. One is an elderly lady who lives on her own and is so lovely and grateful for as good job and has got me a few others through reccomendations. When I signed her up i quoted 14 and she said call it 15 and give the extra £ to your daughter each month (we had me talking about having kids).

my other is a stunning south African milf! Not only hot as hell but brings me out a drink every time i arrive and asks how me and family are. i would stay and chat all day /emoticons/smile.png Always pays by BACS before I have got back in van aswell. She's in the champions league of custies /emoticons/smile.png

Local village hall. Try to do it Wednesday morning between 10_11. Lady's exercise class. Should be a fifteen minute job. But I have found myself cleaning the windows twice.

Mine is an old boy who loves chatting with me. He's from the same part of London as me (Lambeth) so loves getting all nostalgic.

Every time I get there he has a Twix and a cuppa waiting on the garden table and always tips me.

He reminds me of Bilbo baggins, got that sweet old man look about him.

He knows my wife and kids names even though he's never met them.

To this day, after 22 years on the glass, he still holds the record for the biggest single Xmas tip, £40.

Not just about the price of the job or how quick you can smash it out, its about feeling good about your day after meeting really nice people /emoticons/smile.png

One of the greatest parts of this job is finding a great customer and enjoying their company every month. I have a few who I look forward to clean but the one special customer always asks after my family And lights a candle in the local church for us if things get ropey or challenging she also puts my price up regularly. The most pleasant of people. I have often thought if it was possible to have a round full of customers like her I would be the happiest workman in the world!

i have a special custy she knows my family, met my nan and such, every month without fail is a brew, a plate full of home cooked bakery goods omg they are lovely. and she is one of the nicest women i have ever come across, she is 84 and i will be say to see her go when her time is finally up /emoticons/smile.png. but thats the only down side to window cleaning when you build up a great relationship and they sadly pass on

I have a few favourites to be honest it's nice just to get a smile and a "how are you" followed by handing over cash promptly.

bloke called peter, he lives 23 miles away and is my furthest customer i have. but i get paid online by him and its always in the bank when i get home. even offers me a cuppa if hes in. down side is its 8 weekly @ £28. i have had him for 4 years.

A woman called Julie. £12 for a 10 min job. A cuppa when I'd finished and a sandwich. Then upstairs for a cuddle /emoticons/wink.png Then another cuppa and on to the next house. Those were the days!!

Must say, her rates are very reasonable, £12 for 10 mins. Cost twice that in Amsterdam /emoticons/wink.png

My Favourite is a property management company I do work for. £40+ an hour window cleaning, £50+ an hour gutter cleaning and 14 days payment. Only trouble is they are 200 miles from where I live.
