Getting dirty

Does anyone else come home dirty after a day WFP.....was alright when I started in Summer but now the ground is damp I'm getting filthy....especially my trousers.

Yes dirty and wet and what are jeans made for....drying hands in the absence of a towel.

We do commercial kitchens extraction systems. You can't imagine the grease and crud we get caked in. It's real nasty.

my hands are always grimy from the hoses, my hands are so beaten up though so doesn't bother me much.

I wrap a microfibre cloth around the hose when I reel it in keeping the hose clean and dry.

I have a habit of getting dog :turd: and mud on my legs from the hose dragging on my leg while reeling in

If the hose has gone in some it will be on your leg

I got excited when I saw the thread title but its not the dirty stuff I was hoping for /emoticons/smile.png back on topic though yep I can never understand how u get so dirty especially now with Wet grass etc

I wear shorts all year round so manage to stay cleaner used to be a nightmare when wearing trousers especially on building sites , I always wipe down hose with a cloth as I reel it in I have always found old towels cut up are way better than microfibre cloths .

we clean the hoses of with cloth wen reeling in

keeps pole clean

and ur hands lol

I use cheap cloths when winding in and on pole before putting back in the van and every couple of weeks i run hose right out and wind back in with silicone on a rag that also helps with snags and getting too grimey.

Not really I had my work shorts on the other week when it was snowing , I wear proper work shorts not just some random shorts .

I used to wear shorts all year..hit 40 and suddenly it was too cold in winter as my bad knee plays up
