So your averege house price is about 13 pound. Where do you live? Im start canvassing there

Someone's been reading a certain window cleaning book!! That's good stuff my average is now up to £16.22 for residential cleans.

nope I havent read any books just figured out how much per a hour I wanted £25 to £35 and price my houses on how long it will take me. I must admit that after half a year of doing this I can price a house in about 30 seconds and I dont overcharge. I have only had 1 or 2 lost customers who did not want my price.

I can make about that with houses priced at 4-6 pound.

Where do you live that you can get that much per house? How many houses can you clean in an hour

Live and work north of Cambridge. My hourly rate varies from £20-£30 depending on travel etc. Most my residential customers are £15+ just need more of them!!!

Thats about the same as me buy my house are priced 4-6 pound lol
