Dump mate, I have had a bit of a cull myself lately for a lot less hag than that.

omg can't believe you put up with it so long lol....if someone books a day with me i dont message beforehand to let know I'm coming, giving them the perfect excuse to change there mind...if the property's accessible I just do it.

What a complete waste of time bin her , I wouldn't take **** like that, she rather gets them done regularly when your in the area or not at all simple

I would not entertain half of that.

Trying to schedule in a clean since the beginning of October back and fourth nearly 2 1/2 months. She would have been gone a long time ago.

Why is it so important she is in unless there are access issues.

Lol the only time Im keen for them to be in is the first clean so I can get paid in cash and tell them in person how it works.

I have a couple that have to be in, one won't leave the gate open and the other can only pay cash. I simply knock on the door and if not in they get skipped. more often than not they are in otherwise they would be gone.

doesn't matter if my customers gates locked I just use a ladder that goes over each side of gate, if that fails climb over it and unlock...if it's padlocked just feed hose over gate....if I left a houses each day because there gate was locked I wouldn't get anything done.....I explain this to them from day 1....if your in my round and when your due if your gates locked I'll be going over it, there fine with it....(thought that was the norm for window cleaners ) even if have no rear access of they have a flat roof extension I'm over it....don't have a house on my round that's not accessible one way or another...flat roofs...gates locked garages....I'm in that back garden lol..

I very very rarely get a locked gate after ive text them the night before. If it does happen i just do the front and charge accordingly, occasionally i will climb over if its possible, but there are a few gates that wouldnt be possible to climb. It doesnt happen often enough for me to worry about though maybe once or twice a month. I wouldnt climb a flat rood though, mind you i dont do any have to go through the house jobs, they are all front only.
