I usually put my customers onto my diary on my phone and then at the end of the day I put them 8 weeks (or when they want it) ahead but I have noticed I have forgotten some customers- tired and didn't input their name. Is there a system or way of keeping track of when they need doing?

I have heard of George. How is it? And as many new customers say they want it a month later or I can't do a particular customer on the usual day it needs to be a bit flexible. Able to use on a smart phone would be good as well.

Use a spreadsheet and input the amount of days between cleans and have it work out from the date of last clean to when the next is due

Mines all colour coordinated with little checkboxes and stuff, well handy for keeping track of everything

This topic always starts a debate (row) as to whats best.

For me, having used diary, spread sheets and George I can honestly say Cleaner Planner is the only way forward.

It will do everything you ever need and then some. You will never look back.

if your just starting out (like me:hehehe:) i tried google calendar, then thought $od it and signed up to osmosis....its simple and a good price .:specs

Since I started earlier this year I have been using the trusty diary and a pen. Simple but works for me. To be fair I am going to look at cleaner planner over Xmas break as i like the idea of having payments/invoices diary all together. But if you want to keep it simple people ran very successful businesses with diaries for a long time before modern apps and software came along

George for me.

Cheap at 50 quid and I like to write with good old pen and ink on the sheets.

Tried cleaner planner a few times but it's far too fiddly can't get on with it.

Is that a one off payment?

I started with I phone calendar and was good for awhile until it had an update and I lost loads of Data.

Next was the diary and pen but found it annoying when people cancelled or went away, ended up scribbling things out and re-righting there years cleans out all over again.

So next came round partner and this is what I am using now, its great and think I pay about £10.00 a month plus it is card payment each month so your not locked in to anything.

Drag and drop/move customers and all is spread back out on your cycle for the year.

Aworka is brilliant and when I go to work I have the mobile App no need for a book and I tick them off as I'm working, I couldn't work without it now it manages my round from invoices to receipts, contact numbers for customers, I can even call them and text them from the App, it took some getting used to but I've more or less mastered it now it's the dogs......

I use George, does everything i need, accounts vans debts and i have the £12 a year internet back up, so i my laptop goes tits up, just contact George and they send the link to download all you customers onto George your new laptop. peace of mind.

No im almost certain it doesn't have a app you update your PC each evening takes no time and easy to use, saying that I only have a small round.

I use cleanerplanner.com and have done for almost 2 years now and couldn't be without it stepped out way ahead of all the other available apps and still is IMHO but others apps have followed suit I pay £30.00 as I needed the GoCardless intergration and text service .

Georgeaworka for me tenner a month easy and does the job .

I don't use it for expenses or accounts, just to track my round that's it.

I do all my accounts via online banking.
