just wasted 40 minutes on GC still none the wiser. i thought it would be straight forward. im normally ok but this is doing my head in

Mine is all set in place ive got 1 on it at the min and finding it ok to use,one said she wasnt keen on using it lol...thats it now for me any new custys its direct debit or nothing. sick of people not paying on time.

It's strange there's a so many different breeds of people about I had one guy who wouldnt bank transfer me money recond it cost him doe?? Lol...my account number and sort code are threw people's doors all day every don't see what there problem is with it.idiots. thing is this guy rather send a cheque out so he's paying for a stamp

Not to mention that his account number and sort code is probably on the cheque anyway

If anyone has issues with the verification IE the pound we send to gocardless; they can add to your gocardless dashboard a link where you upload a copy of yer bank statement.
It has to have your name and acc no and s/c on it. Most banks will print this off for zero

What i meant was people say no to gocardless due to them having to add there sort code and account number ,,i said mine is on every slip i put threw the door ...

Im set up mate got another new custy on today no issues.

Going over my business reports tonight and now more than 3/4 of my clients are on GC.

The business is in a nice stable position where growth is steady and we can afford to be slightly choosy about which clients to take on.

Today I had Gav update my payments page and now moving forward for new customers the only payment option for window cleaning is GoCardless. If they don't want to pay through GC they can find another window cleaner.

It's my business and I decide how I want to be paid, just like all major service providers, you have to pay by DD and that's that.
