Alright, I appreciate this probably sounds like this came from rain man's crayon eating cousin, but has anyone set up a tank in the boot of their car? I'm running a pure freedom trolley and was trying to figure out if dismantling it and turning my car into some terminator/transformer hybrid was in any way viable

I have a pump/battery/controller set up in the boot of my car

Easy to do and use drums to supply water

Put the trolley collapsed in the car to pump the water

Add a hose reel with 70-100m of microbore and some pole hose

Job done

Cheers for the reply daveyboy. My car is miniature so think I might have to strip the trolley and set it on a board to rest on the drums. So new to all this I just want to sound off everything before I end up breaking something expensive haha

20170102_211834.jpg put the pump etc in a box

Small box like an electrical junction box will do ..Doesn't need to be a big one like this

Then you can chuck it on a back seat etc and take it indoors when it is gonna freeze

Just add 1 of these

20170101_132419.jpg with my controller i basically have a van mount with drums instead of a tank and no longer lift backpacks or drums about during the days work

All ready to slot straight into a van with a tank

I've run my wfp system from my car and it have made it possible to put food on the table all last year, so its a viable solution without eating crayons.

I found it so much quicker than trolley. 125 tank in boot and made a pump box with controller to a cheap hozelock reel with 100 m minibore. Top up from 5 gallon tubs. Increased what I earn by at least £5 per hour
