Be careful with your back. What's the problem?
Fell off a roof in 2006 and done some injuries /emoticons/unsure.png

It's the area that got damaged. Have to live with it. Will do some exercises tonight.

with me its my knee, been great for a while then today just went. Pulled ligament and tendons in afghan and ignored it for around 4 months, did permenant damage, is whenever I try and push myself to get more done. Doesn't do it whilst working, today its done it stepping off a kerb to get lunch. Rest of day off, back in with my knee brace tomorrow

Didn't manage my average day today /emoticons/unsure.png

Will see what tomorrow brings.

Early bed and pills lol. Maybe some cream

With back injuries swimming is always good. Helps me with mine (ask your GP first but swimming is exercise with very little risk of injury)

When i slipped a disc i had teouble for years until i started doing heavy deadlifts at the gym

Sorted it almost instantly as the muscle built up

Did mine in on a hill outside Brecon. Got casivaced off. Mad thing was is that I did 3 tours almost back to back and in some stupid situ's and head spaces and not a scratch.

Back on hallowed ground and "pop!"

Into R.N Haslar in Gosport to be told I was M.D'd.

Hey ho! Was never going to be mean and green for life. /emoticons/smile.png

Brecons a killer on knees and ankles. Many an ankle broken by baby heads

I have a weak lower back from an old injury doing deadlifts. Every so often, a couple of times or so a year i will do something and re- injure it. tends to take a month or two to get back to normal.

Pink smarties :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
Acquired a few hundred over the years from a friendly army Dr who owed me a few favours, I've been out regs for 5 years, just ran out. Take 2/3 and feel **** all!

Oh I thought you meant real pink smarties.

I have some left over pain killers that I know will block the pain out lol. But I know I won't be able to drive.

Just gonna take it easy I think.

Naproxen is good for it, especially mixed with cocodamol. And don't knock you for six. However out gp had stopped giving out cocodamol as a lot of people here have ended up addicted to them. They now giving out gabapentin which I though would be worse!!!
