Hoping someone can help.

I have a Gradiner V3 back pack that gets used about 3 days a week. Was using it as normal this morning.

There are 2 settings on the switch.

On setting 1 you can dial up the pressure/flow by using the dial fitted. I use a low(ish) flow for scrubbing and then dial it up for a rinse off.

On setting 2 it bypasses the flow control and is on full flow. Empties 22 litres in about 10 mins.

Anyway, went to switch it o for another job on to setting 1 and nothing. Just a click. No pump working or anything.

Switch to setting 2 and that works as normal.

Before taking things apart and ordering everything from a new switch to a flow controller I'm wondering if anyone had had this problem before and is it a common problem?

Many thanks. /emoticons/smile.png

Hi there, both my v3 back packs only work on full power.
Mmmmm! That's not good.

Maybe an e-mail to Gardiners then asking for them to sort mine if others are having the same problem. Obviously something wrong there.

Thanks for getting back to me. /emoticons/smile.png

It's happened to one of my backpacks i rang gardiners n they told me the bit i need to order just not got round to it yet seems an easy fix although if yours is under a year you should be under warranty

You are a star! I forgot about the warranty. I bought it in September (16).

E-mailed Gardiner last night.

An e-mail back from them at first thing this morning trying to resolve the problem.

Fair do, first class service so far. Credit where it's due. /emoticons/smile.png

Update, just incase this happens to anyone else.

They reckon it' the vari control that's gone wobbly and they are sending out the replacement parts. /emoticons/smile.png
