Picked up a few houses this week, good prices and one of the highest I have now.

45.00 every 3 months

12.50 monthly

10.00 monthly

5.00 monthly

I have one to go price tomorrow which should be about 5.00

Got 3 gutters to do on friday and possible a conservatory roof.

and to top it off I got finished my round today!

I think ive had 2-3 window cleaning customers from it so far. Im not expecting much from it to be honest., well not yet. Its not ranked high enough.

That work was gained through advertising on my local newsletters, people stopping me when I was out working.

First one I handed over to GMeister cos it was closer for him and too far for me but call I had tonight is for a big nursing home, going to quote it first thing in morning so fingers crossed I get that one.

I had a 2 gutter cleans in the last 2 weeks from gumtree, I did what belfastcleaning said and made an add for each service I provide. It seems to work.

not bad if your getting a chance ant getting that. Im really after some commercial work my self cant seem to pick any up at all. Ive even resorted to email companys but no luck so far

Yeah same round here mate but want more experience behind me so the ones that come I'll take but stick with mostly domestic for now. I'll know when I'm ready to go for it.

I have had 2 gutter jobs, a few window cleans and a quote for a large library, which I put £80 on it, but they want £5mill liability so I will increase if I get it..

I been using google Adwords and gumtree
