Canvassing a new luxury home estate this week, and was wondering how much you would charge for a 1st clean, 4wkly and 8 weekly as I think I may underprice it? I can only get the CGI house pic but I've had a little nose and they look exactly the same. They're a bit bigger then my usual jobs.

4 Weekly:

House 1: £25 including garage doors.

House 2: £25 including garage doors. £30 if you can WFP the Velux as well.

House 3: £18-20 including garage door

House 4: Full monty at least £35 on a 4 weekly, several velux, balcony access and 3rd floor windows. I wouldn't consider that for £20.

Thats roughly what I was thinking for the 1st 3, not gonna be able to reach velux with my pole. As for the 4th the whole back corner is glass, so was thinking a bit more, or is it an easy job? Never done 1 before

@adamangler With the 4th 1 the balcony is quite deep, with full length glass onto an upstairs living area, so doubt I can leave it. Will probs either go through house or climb over railings and trad it

As they are new builds, I would waive the first clean premium becasue there is no accumulated dirt. I agree with Greens pricing, although perhaps a bit more for the last one.

One other thing - I have found that with some new builds, you find marks on the glass from the builders when they are installing. Check first, as you may spend a lot of time scraping specs of cement, paint ect off the glass. Also, if they have just moved in, dont expect any calls for a couple of months. A lot of the time people are busy unpacking, getting used to the place and besides, the windows should be clean for a while as they are new. But still get in there with business cards/flyer ect, and they will call you.

Ok I wouldn't do that window because you are relying on them being in to be able to go thru house and coolant be arsed getting ladders out to climb up.

So for me it would be miss it or nowt

It's just a window, no different to others you do, dont think about it, just clean it.

As for Adams comment about the balcony, all you need do is lean the ladder up there and do the windows off of the ladder.

thanks guys heading over there Sunday, worked out there's over £400 worth of work if I manage to get them all. If I struggle with my pole may need to invest it in a bigger pole
