Depends on a few thing imo as always with pricing. I think it's always hard to have a set price.
Firstly your washer, a cheap leccy one will take a hell of a lot longer than a 21lpm machine.
Depends how bad you want the job, how busy you are etc.
Depends if you carry the machine on your van at all times and also how far away the job is etc.
Depends of its a regular customer.
What I'm saying is calculate it on time.
I did a very small area (about or 15 flags) for £30. Regular window customer, took 30 mins with the leccy pw I have on the van for valeting.
Now if I went to quote the job, dragged the big machine out of the shed, had the associated setup time and travel time etc then it's not happening for 30 quid.

if you cant also be bothered and cant just say no like me, just give them a higher price and let them go somewhere else.
its a bit of a chore getting a big petrol beast out of the back of shed for a quick job. you have to charge extra for a 15 / 21 litre machine.
