What time?

5:30 on contract work and thus don't start residential until 9:30

Previous to having that contract, I started at 7:30 on residential and even then I'd start on clients that left the house at about 7:00 - 7:30 to get the train into town.

My mate starts his resid Iential at 6:30

As title says lads, whats your start time in the morning?
When i eventually switch from trad, i want to start early in morning, say seven maybe half six.

What do you think lads, whats everyones start time?

I figure im not "looking" threw pwoples top windys so i can start whenever?

I start everyday of the month at 8 on the dot no ones moaned as yet

Er..... bit of an unusual question - it's all relative I suspect.

What's considered 'Good money?

Each area of the country commands different pricing...

Type of work will dictate earnings also.

We start at 8, but, the first house we do know were going to be there, either by text or a quick call.

Been doing this for over 20 years without ever receiving a complaint about being to early /emoticons/smile.png

9-10 they are all lazy gits. Commercial normally around 730 in summer. 9 in winter.

First house for 9am . got disabled daughter to get sorted. Also People can be funny about it. Guy I sub some work off always started at 8.30. Most of the customers have told me he always started to early. Seen a bunch of trad lads still at it at 6.45pm on a Friday last summer. I Finnish 4.30 latest.

Basically I prefer it when they are out. Bang it out card in letter box, on to the next.

This is something I've always wondered. Weekdays I start no earlier than 08:30. If I work a saturday catching up then I start at 11 in case people are having lie-ins. I would personally feel a bit preeved if a window cleaner turned up at 07:30! I have 1 commercial job that I can do when I like as it's an office-block, so get there as early as 07:00.

If most your customers are working class, they usually have to be up by 8 if they are gonna be at work for 9. Stop worrying

I've taken this tip off you this year and it's great. Monay and Tuesday are my long days (if you can call 8:30-4 long lol) weds is a steadier day then thurs and Fri I do any add ons
