Gardiners pole hose help

H

Hunty

I buy everything gardiners but in last month my pole snapped and clamp fell off as result and now this with my hose, any ideas what has caused this, it has split as these bumpy bits are really soft.

I think it happened in the cold weather maybe? 20170222_092153.jpg

It's not one bit of the hose it goes on for maybe 10 ft, it is also in the middle of the hose reel, the only thing I can think of is that I had water frozen in the hose when the weather was bad and maybe it expanded by itself when this happened whilst reeled in and the bumps are from the hose it's self expanding on other bits of hose, I don't know I will say this in capitals I EMAILED GARDINERS AND A RESPONSE STREIGHT BACK AND AS HELPFULL AS CAN BE!

My hose is bubbled up all over the shop. It's from PF. I've put the bubbling down to abuse from me, it gets run over, caught on brick walls and stretched. Maybe that's the problem?

my wcw 6mm hose is like this in places and my old cheep e.bay stuff 8mm went the same in time it will go on for ages like this before it splits your best bet is to get a joiner redy for the day u get a spl,it then its time to replace ,are hoses get draged run over and abused so i think if it lasts 2 years your doing ok
