How much would you quote?

Seriously? My average price is about £12- £13 for a smaller house.this is biggest one that's why I asked you guys. I didn't think window cleaners would charge that much for a house. It would only take about 25 min. Thanks guys. I prob do it for £20

Would probably charge £40 for that.

What size houses are you doing for £12-£13?

Just made another post. With the house. I wouldn't get the work if I charge over £30

Who's to say you won't get the work?

You just have to sell yourself and your service, people are willing to pay a premium when they know who and what they're getting.

Where are you based?

I charge between 10 and 12 for 3 bed council, and this is a hole lot more glass.

Guess it really depends where you live.

will you not have to enter the house to clean the windows with Juliet's?

Do the top half of the windows first then turn the brush sideways if you have a quikloc adapter do the other half.

That's my way also, unless they are in then I'm up there squeegee in hand, either way the windows will need to be priced higher for the time and messing about, for me.

Literally quicker for me to flip brush than get trad gear put my overshoes on and walk up stairs and Trad them saying that I am a fat git lol

Got to be a minimum of £35 preferably £40-45 if they don't want to pay for a decent job walk away don't sell yourself to cheap

In our experience (before Quicklok) cleaning those french doors behind the Juliet balconies took a lot longer than we thought. I would be surprised if you could do it in 25 minutes.
