Commercial Price Increase

So how often does everyone increase their commercial work and by what percentage , I have a few that have not been increased for 5 years now .

I'd be keen to know from anyone that has done so without losing them.

I don't have that many and haven't put them up in 3years, more out of fear of losing them.

Thanks dmw 3% per annum isn't a bad idea in the past I have left mine for around 5 years without an increase so intended on a increase of around 10% sometimes more to round them up a bit which is how I have done things in the past .
