Basic Risk Assesment Information

Before I get the oh not more H&S from this guy!! I have been asked by a few people and been asked to post this up so all could see so I have done on request.

Here we have a baisc list of what sort of thing to look out for and a basic table to work out the risk number!

Here is an example of a method and risk assesment on a block of flats i do.

Everything in red is what you would have to change for the right details.

Plus you would have to change all the risks outlined for the place you work on!

This is pretty handy actually, I was ment to go on a course yesterday about risk assesment and the calceled it because not enough people turned up. Now That I remember I need to get on the phone and get my refund!

yer thats right, have to change the risks though to each property or commercial place, but its as simple as that! once you have the template you just spend 5 minutes changing it and its done! so in away i have done all the hard work for you guys!!!! lol

that one?? its a copy of link on page 1 linking to one of my method statments and risk assesments that i did for a contract.

yer it can be, all the writing in red is what you would need to change, also the list of the risk assesments would need to be changed to the property you are doing it for!
