Hiya guys. This house requires the gutter bottoms, fascias and windows cleaning. As I am just getting started I have no idea what to quote.

I'd agree with Clisty1989. Stay strong on prices and don't negotiate with them. When was the last time you ordered a pint and said to the barman "what about 50p less"!!

£170 inc cleaning the gutters out.

With cladding as bad as that theres gonna be lots of crud waiting to creep out from behind each panel.

Dont underprice yourself pal as what looks like a half hour job could easily turn into 1 and half hours.

£90 clean all plastics , gutters facials soffits, cladding and windows etc take about an hour

These prices are all over , Corps it also depends were you live and if their is debris to clean from the gutters if this is the case then £120 in the north east of england .
