Love it kept me sane till I landed on my backside plus it pays for the lovely fishing trips in the sun works wonders on all aches and pains

When i did my back and when i tore my rotator cuff I was prescribed diclofenac, codeine and diazepamn

Proper space cadet but couldn't feel a thing

I remember riding my babyblade 30 mile to bushey to see a mate getting my knee down on roundabouts and bends etc with no idea when i would lose the grip on the road as i felt like i was flying anyway:rofl:

Sometimes when my shoulder gets bad i still get some dizzypans off my mate just to relax the muscle a bit and it really helps..don't drive on them though:whistle: as it is really naughty if the plod stop you

I grew up here just off labroke grove (portabello market area of w10)

Don't matter where you are from mate as long as you get your nut down and work rather than being another of the dole claimers
