RO blocked?!

Just out of interest have you got a inline JG tap for the waste when it needs flushing, As mine became faulty and was stiff to turn but wouldn't close fully after flushing and was allowing more waste through so slowing production down .

Hi, my waste goes straight into a drain outside and is constantly going?! I'm not sure if we have the same set up... or maybe I'm doing something wrong lol, but it's worked like a dream for the past couple of years with the normal upkeep (carbon filters and resin) [emoji848]

So it's done about 550L in around 16hrs so definitely running slow... I'm questioning my every move now and can't remember what it used to do but I'm sure it used to fill quicker.. [emoji85][emoji85][emoji85][emoji85] (at least the pure is 000ppm now lol

I have the merlin ro and it's running 1000l of pure in roughly 14 hours.

Ppm before is approx 140 and prior to di it's 4 - 5 ppm.

Ratio is 1 waste to 1 pure

Not sure what my water pressure is

Everyone is 1 to 1 can't believe I didn't know this [emoji85]... are you using a ball valve as well? On the Blk plastic waste pipe?! Mine was definitely running much faster although not sure quite as fast as yours, but then water is harder I guess [emoji848]... I hate dramas, especially when their not straightforward.

[emoji23][emoji23] I was think what swear word could he possibly have used [emoji848]... you are a diamond I'm going to get one now... do you just close it half way?! Or judge it so it looks 50/50?!

Ye I put 2 containers next to each other and kept filling 1 with pure and 1 waste until it was close enough. Or you.can just get a litre jug and time it.

Then I put a mark on the stopcock so I knew where I had to close the tap to get the right ratio.

I flush it for few minutes before use (open valve fully)
