Just quick one [emoji23]made switch from trad to wfp in January. Anyway cleaned this lady house who been customer 7 year trad couple of times at start of year wfp but not got an answer fr few Fridays now until last week. Cleaned twice before answer so owed 10 quid( only 2 windows front 2 windows back). Anyway she answers n said she's not paying as she said I made mess of windows first time and wasn't happy as I'd started using 'big silly pole' her windows now filthy had been left few wk due to non payment I pointed out first time might of been mucky due to frames being cleaned n switch over I also told her to look at neighbours windows now either side which where both crystal clear. She refused to pay n said come back clean again and if there right I'll pay up[emoji848]

She's basically calling you out that they will be fine next time if she has been a customer for 7 years no problem I'd be tempted to give her benifit of doubt

If she hadn't been good customer before hand I'd of told her to clean them herself there n then. It's a full terrace row on busy main Rd windows get filthy and at a fiver she won't get another windy id maybe feel bit tight leaving them but bit ****** off at no answer fr a month

If she wasn't happy with the cleans she has a right to let you know so you can go back and rectify or deal with her complaint. She has no right to just not pay you and give no reason why until now! In my experience if someone's unhappy they would tell you at the time she sounds like a messer drop her mate

Bin her, and write a letter giving her 7 days to pay or an admin fee of £xx will be added and you'll take it to court. She'll pay up then. If not then @Green Pro Clean Ltd has done some brilliant threads on this in the past, have a search.

You've took 7 years of money off her is it worth the stress chasing her for £10?! No! Either make her happy and clean them again, I'm sure she'll fall in line after, she's probably just stuck in her ways and doesn't understand the new method properly. Or drop her and forget the £10, you don't want her son seeing a letter threatening to bring her court (over £10) for a job she says was done badly. That's a Facebook post that will get shared by everyone I assure you lol [emoji85]

Four letters for you

WALK....o_O

People like that aren't worth the time of day. You've already spent time posting about it, as have the 10 people responding, me included /emoticons/biggrin.png

Drop her and replace with someone who appreciates your time and work.

When she comes crawling back to get you to resume you can, with a smile, inform her that you will once the arrears have been settled and btw, the current pricing is £8:thumbsup:

oh definitely but for a house in the middle of a good run its worth doing a bit extra and we all have windows that take a bit more scrubbing than others to get right, when they are changed over might just be a case of that

Is she justified in saying they are a mess? Or is this just someone hard to convert?I promise i am not slating you at all but are they 100% done right on this house?
